Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that most travel bookings are non-refundable and cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking that you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

General Disclaimer

Signet Travel does not act as principal but makes arrangements via third-party vendors, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators, consolidators, traveler assist service providers, insurance providers, and activity suppliers (each a “Travel Supplier”) for travel-related services including, without limitation, air transportation, boarding/lodging, and car rental (each a “Service Element”).

By booking with us, you agree that the rates offered by Signet Travel and its affiliate companies are the result of negotiations between Signet Travel and the Travel Suppliers and include certain fees retained for services, taxes, and other applicable charges. By booking with any Travel Supplier through us, you authorize Signet Travel and affiliate companies to make reservations or enter into contracts on your behalf with Travel Suppliers for the total price displayed, including all related fees and taxes.

Signet Travel is not responsible for errors or mistakes on the website, or for the acts, omissions, or failures of Travel Suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators, consolidators, vacation package providers, activity suppliers, traveler assist service providers, and insurance providers.

While providing travel management services, Signet Travel does not guarantee, validate, or insure the products or services provided by external suppliers, nor the financial condition of such suppliers or reimbursement for losses caused by supplier insolvency. In the event of supplier default prior to service delivery, your sole recourse for refunds shall be against the defaulting supplier, applicable insurance coverage, or another responsible third party, unless such loss was caused solely by Signet Travel.

Signet Travel acts solely as an intermediary service providing value-added services to retail travel agents and consumers. Signet Travel has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the actions of suppliers from whom travel products or services are obtained.

Signet Travel does not guarantee, validate, or promote products and services advertised by third parties on our website.

By booking with us, a contract may be formed between you and the Travel Supplier, and additional Terms & Conditions may apply to your booking and purchase of travel-related goods and services. You agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions imposed by the Travel Supplier, including payment obligations and compliance with supplier rules and restrictions regarding fares, availability, products, and services.

Some Travel Suppliers may require a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in or service use to cover incidental expenses. Such deposits are unrelated to payments received by Signet Travel.

Any violation of a Travel Supplier’s rules or restrictions may result in cancellation of reservations, denial of access to services, forfeiture of payments made, and/or additional charges incurred by Signet Travel due to such violations.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

You authorize Signet Travel and its authorized third parties to process charges to the credit or debit card(s) provided for the total amount of your booking.

You may also be required by Travel Suppliers to present a valid credit or debit card at hotel check-in or car rental pick-up to verify authorized card usage or secure additional charges. The cardholder must be listed as a traveler on the booking.

Pricing & Availability

All offers, prices, and conditions of sale are subject to:

  • Change without notice
  • Advance purchase, eligibility, seating, or other limitations
  • Travel dates, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates, stopovers, and waitlist restrictions
  • Reservation validation limitations of up to one year
  • Other applicable conditions and restrictions
  • Availability at the time of booking

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Most airline tickets, hotels, prepaid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. All cancellation requests must be made by phone.

Refund requests can only be processed if:

  • You have submitted a cancellation and refund request to us;
  • The fare rules permit cancellations and refunds;
  • You are not classified as a “no-show”;
  • We are able to secure refund authorization or waivers from suppliers.

Refund processing timelines cannot be guaranteed. Refund requests are handled sequentially. Upon receiving your request, we will send an acknowledgment email with a reference number. This acknowledgment does not guarantee refund approval.

Refund approvals are subject to supplier rules and decisions. Signet Travel service fees associated with original reservations are non-refundable.

Once approved by the supplier, refunds may take additional time to appear on the original payment method. The entire process may take between 60–90 days from receipt of the request.

In addition to supplier penalties, Signet Travel may charge post-ticketing service fees on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis where permitted by supplier rules.

If a refund cannot be processed by the supplier, Signet Travel will refund only applicable post-ticketing service fees but not original booking fees.

In the event of cancellation due to war-related events, security concerns, travel restrictions, force majeure, or similar circumstances, a non-refundable booking and service fee will apply to cover supplier charges, payment processing, and administrative handling.

Baggage & Seat Assignments

Baggage allowance information can generally be found on the airline’s website. Not all economy fares include baggage allowance. Passengers are advised to confirm baggage policies before travel.

Seat assignments may be requested through us where available. Some airlines charge additional fees even for standard economy seat assignments. Signet Travel is not responsible for unexpected baggage or seat assignment fees.

Changes, No-Shows & Flight Usage

Passengers are responsible for costs associated with voluntary changes or cancellations after ticket issuance, if permitted by fare rules.

Date and name changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible. New fares may apply at the time of change.

If you contact the airline directly to upgrade, exchange, or cancel a ticket, Signet Travel may lose control over the booking. We strongly recommend allowing Signet Travel to manage all ticket changes whenever possible.

If you cannot travel or expect to arrive late for airport check-in, you must notify us or the airline at least 3 hours before departure. Failure to notify may result in the booking being marked as a “no-show,” causing cancellation of the ticket and forfeiture of remaining value.

All flights must be flown in the order booked. Missing any segment of the itinerary may automatically cancel all subsequent flights.

Airport Check-In & Schedule Changes

Passengers must arrive at the airport at least:

  • 3 hours prior to international departures
  • 2 hours prior to domestic departures

Passengers are responsible for verifying flight schedules directly with the airline prior to departure. While Signet Travel will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of schedule changes, the ultimate responsibility rests with the traveler.

Travel Disruptions & Liability

Any travel-related issues, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, lost baggage, onboard experiences, or forced landings, remain the responsibility of the airline or applicable third parties.

While Signet Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers in resolving issues, Signet Travel assumes no responsibility for events caused by airlines or other third parties. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from such matters shall be solely between the traveler and the responsible supplier or third party.

Assistance provided by Signet Travel in resolving such matters is offered strictly as a courtesy and does not constitute acceptance of liability or grounds for payment disputes.
